September 7, 2023: Bellevue, WA 98008 The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Interlake Saints (Bellevue, WA) and the visiting Newport - Bellevue Knights (Bellevue, WA), saw Interlake's volleyball squad nip Newport - Bellevue by a tally of 2-1.
With the win, Interlake upgrades its record to 1-1 on the year. The Saints travel to Lake Washington (Kirkland, WA) to play the Kangaroos in a non-league bout on Monday, September 11. The Kangaroos go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Lake Washington won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Meadowdale (Lynnwood, WA)
The Knights now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Skyline for a non-league bout on Monday, September 11. Newport - Bellevue will play a Spartans squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Liberty (Issaquah, WA). The Spartans record now stands at 0-1.
