September 7, 2023: Ahoskie, NC 27910 The Pungo Christian Academy Raiders prevailed the host Ridgecroft Rams volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Thursday's league test.
The Raiders now have a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kerr-Vance Academy for a non-league test on Friday, September 8. Pungo Christian Academy will confront a Spartans team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Harrells Christian Academy (Harrells, NC). The Spartans record now stands at 0-2.
The Rams (0-4) will now prepare for their test against Halifax Academy (Roanoke Rapids, NC). The Vikings enter the non-league test with a 2-3 record.
