North Carolina High School Soccer - Chapel Hill knocks off Eastern Alamance
September 7, 2023: Chapel Hill, NC 27516 Chapel Hill Tigers (Chapel Hill, NC) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Eastern Alamance Eagles (Mebane, NC), 6-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Tigers confront the Cardinal Gibbons Crusaders (Raleigh, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 12. Chapel Hill will attempt to better on its 3-2 season record. The Crusaders enter the challenge with a 4-1 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Apex Friendship (Apex, NC).
The Eagles now have a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they host Western Alamance for a Central 3A challenge on Monday, September 11. Eastern Alamance will confront a Warriors team coming off a 5-1 non-league win over Southeast Guilford (Greensboro, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 3-4.
