Harrisburg Tigers (Harrisburg, SD) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Riggs Governors (Pierre, SD), 2-1 in a league challenge.

Next, the Tigers confront the Aberdeen Central Golden Eagles (Aberdeen, SD) in a Class AA challenge, on Saturday, September 9. Harrisburg will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record. The Golden Eagles enter the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 2-1 league win over Roosevelt (Sioux Falls, SD).
