September 7, 2023: West Liberty, KY 41472 The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Paris Greyhounds (Paris, KY) and the host Morgan County Cougars (West Liberty, KY), saw Paris's volleyball squad beat Morgan County by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Paris upgrades its record to 3-7 on the year. The Greyhounds host Dayton (Dayton, KY) to play the Greendevils in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 9. The Greendevils go into the bout with a record of 4-8. Dayton won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Williamstown (Williamstown, KY)
The Cougars now own a 0-9 record. They play next when they travel to Elliott County for a District 62 bout on Tuesday, September 12. Morgan County will play a Lions squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Rose Hill Christian (Ashland, KY). The Lions record now stands at 0-5.
