South Carolina High School Volleyball - Airport can't get by Wilson
September 7, 2024: Florence, SC 29506 Wilson Tigers (Florence, SC) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Airport Eagles (West Columbia, SC), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Wilson improves its record to 3-7 on the season. The Tigers travel to St. James (Murrells Inlet, SC) to face the Sharks in a non-league test on Saturday, September 7. The Sharks go into the test with a record of 1-1. St. James won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Wilson (Florence, SC)
The Eagles now own a 4-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Florence for a non-league test on Saturday, September 7. Airport will face a Knights squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over North Myrtle Beach (Little River, SC). The Knights record now stands at 2-5.
