The Lancers now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Troy for a non-league test on Thursday, September 12.
With the defeat, Fairmont drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Firebirds travel to Centerville (Centerville, OH) to meet the Elks in a non-league test on Saturday, September 14. The Elks come into the test with a record of 0-3. Centerville lost 33-0 in their recent non-league test against Archbishop Moeller (Cincinnati, OH)
