September 7, 2024: Union Bridge, MD 21791 Mountain Ridge Miners (Frostburg, MD) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Francis Scott Key Eagles (Union Bridge, MD), 7-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Mountain Ridge advances its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Miners host Boonsboro (Boonsboro, MD) to clash with the Warriors in a non-league test on Saturday, September 7. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 1-0.
The Eagles now have a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Boonsboro for a non-league test on Saturday, September 7.
