September 7, 2024: Fairview, PA 16415 The Fairview Tigers football squad scored 42 points and limited the visiting Mercer Mustangs to 6 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Tigers now hold a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Harbor Creek for a non-league test on Saturday, September 14. Fairview will meet a Huskies squad coming off a 44-26 non-league loss to General McLane (Edinboro, PA). The Huskies record now stands at 0-2.
With the defeat, Mercer drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Farrell (Farrell, PA) to meet the Steelers in a non-league test on Monday, September 16. The Steelers come into the test with a record of 0-0.
