Indiana High School Soccer - West Noble nudges Angola
September 7, 2024: Angola, IN 46703 The West Noble Chargers soccer squad scored 3 points and held the host Angola Hornets to 2 in the Chargers league victory on Saturday.
The Chargers now hold a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Central Noble for a Northeast Corner bout on Tuesday, September 10. West Noble will play a Cougars squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Lakeland Christian Academy (Winona Lake, IN). The Cougars record now stands at 0-5.
With the loss, Angola moves to 4-2 on the year. The Hornets host Garrett (Garrett, IN) to play the Railroaders in a Northeast Corner bout on Monday, September 9. The Railroaders go into the bout with a record of 2-3. Garrett lost 7-1 in their recent non-league bout against DeKalb (Waterloo, IN)
