With the triumph, Blue Springs moves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Liberty (Liberty, MO) to clash with the Blue Jays in a Suburban - Big 7 test on Thursday, September 12. The Blue Jays come into the test with a record of 0-1. Liberty lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Staley (Kansas City, MO)
The Longhorns now sport a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they host Hillsboro for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 11. Parkway West will clash with a Hawks team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Windsor (Imperial, MO). The Hawks record now stands at 1-2.
