Oklahoma High School Softball - Bixby bounces Haskell
September 7, 2024: Bixby, OK 74008 The Bixby Spartans softball team scored 6 runs and held the visiting Haskell Haymakers to 2 in the Spartans non-league win on Saturday.
The Spartans now sport a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bartlesville for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 7. Bixby will confront a Bruins team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Preston (Preston, OK). The Bruins record now stands at 12-8.
With the loss, Haskell moves to 13-11 on the season. The Haymakers host Caney Valley (Ramona, OK) to confront the Trojans in a 2A battle on Monday, September 9. The Trojans come into the battle with a record of 11-5. Caney Valley won 10-1 in their recent non-league battle against Sequoyah (Claremore, OK)
