Nebraska High School Softball - Millard West topped by Gretna
September 7, 2024: Gretna, NE 68028 Gretna Dragons (Gretna, NE) backers left the game pleased Saturday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting Millard West Wildcats (Omaha, NE), 9-0 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Gretna upgrades its record to 18-0 on the year. The Dragons travel to Millard North (Omaha, NE) to play the Mustangs in a non-league game on Saturday, September 7. The Mustangs enter the game with a record of 9-3. Millard North won 5-0 in their recent non-league game against Legend (Parker, CO)
The Wildcats now own a 9-7 record. They play next when they host Omaha Westside for a A District game on Tuesday, September 10. Millard West will play a Warriors squad coming off a 12-11 league win over Lincoln East (Lincoln, NE). The Warriors record now stands at 5-5.
