The Union County Panthers topped the host Gilmer Bobcats volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Panthers confront the Rockmart Yellowjackets (Rockmart, GA) in a 2A Area 7 game, on Tuesday, September 10. Union County will attempt to advance on its 12-6 season record. The Yellowjackets go into the game with a 16-8 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Troup County (LaGrange, GA).
