September 7, 2024: Middletown, DE 19709 In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host St. Georges Tech Hawks volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Indian River Indians.
The Hawks (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Wilmington Friends (Wilmington, DE). The Quakers enter the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Wilmington Friends beat St. Andrew's (Middletown, DE), 3-1, in a league challenge.
Next, the Indians meet the Smyrna Eagles (Smyrna, DE) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 10. Indian River will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Archmere Academy (Claymont, DE).
