In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Lake County Baptist Lions volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Mississippi Valley Christian Warriors.

The Lions (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Cristo Rey St. Martin (Waukegan, IL). The CRSM come into the non-league challenge with a 4-4 record. In their last challenge, Cristo Rey St. Martin lost by Regina Dominican (Wilmette, IL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
