September 7, 2024: Union, NJ 07083 The Union Farmers volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Mahwah Thunderbirds to 0 in the Farmers non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Farmers now have a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Linden for a Union County - Mountain outing on Sunday, September 8. Union will play a Tigers team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Summit (Summit, NJ). The Tigers record now stands at 1-1.
With the loss, Mahwah drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Thunderbirds host Lakeland Regional (Wanaque, NJ) to play the Lancers in a non-league outing on Monday, September 9. The Lancers come into the outing with a record of 0-0.
