With the win, Steele improves its record to 4-5 on the season. The Comets travel to Avon (Avon, OH) to encounter the Eagles in a Southwestern battle on Tuesday, September 10. The Eagles go into the battle with a record of 8-1. Avon lost 2-0 in their recent non-league battle against Archbishop Hoban (Akron, OH)
The Wildcats now own a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Whitmer for a Northern Lakes battle on Tuesday, September 10.
