The Cardinals now hold a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Strongsville for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, September 9. Mentor will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Chardon (Chardon, OH). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-0.
