The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Kellam Knights (Virginia Beach, VA) and the host Grassfield Grizzlies (Chesapeake, VA), saw Kellam's volleyball squad beat Grassfield by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Kellam upgrades its record to 7-1 on the year. The Knights travel to Hidden Valley (Roanoke, VA) to play the Titans in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 8. The Titans go into the bout with a record of 4-1. Hidden Valley won 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Henry (Roanoke, VA)

The Grizzlies now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Oscar Smith for a AAA Southeastern bout on Thursday, October 4.
