September 8, 2022: Concord, NC 28027 The Northwest Cabarrus Trojans football team (Concord, NC), was beaten 17-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the visiting Mount Pleasant Tigers (Mt. Pleasant, NC)
The Tigers (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Anson (Wadesboro, NC). The Bearcats come into the non-league challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, Anson achieved victory over Albemarle (Albemarle, NC), 38-0, in a non-league challenge.
The Trojans now sport a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Rowan for a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 15. Northwest Cabarrus will meet a Raiders team coming off a 46-0 non-league loss to Salisbury (Salisbury, NC). The Raiders record now stands at 0-3.
