North Carolina High School Volleyball - West Rowan can't hold off East Surry
September 8, 2022: Mt. Ulla, NC 28125 In Thursday's non-league battle, the visiting East Surry Cardinals volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the West Rowan Falcons.
The Cardinals (5-1) will now prepare for their battle against West Stokes (King, NC). The Wildcats come into the non-league battle with a 4-2 record. In their last battle, West Stokes nudged T.W. Andrews (High Point, NC), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Falcons encounter the East Rowan Mustangs (Salisbury, NC) in a non-league battle, on Monday, September 12. West Rowan will attempt to advance on its 2-4 season record. The Mustangs come into the battle with a 3-4 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to South Rowan (China Grove, NC).
