September 8, 2022: Floyd, NM 88118 The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the San Jon Coyotes (San Jon, NM) and the host Floyd Broncos (Floyd, NM), saw San Jon's volleyball squad beat Floyd by a tally of 3-1.
With the win, San Jon upgrades its record to 2-6 on the year. The Coyotes travel to Vega (Vega, TX) to play the Longhorns in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 13. The Longhorns go into the bout with a record of 5-14. Vega won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Dimmitt (Dimmitt, TX)
The Broncos now own a 0-6 record. They play next when they host Clovis Christian for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 15. Floyd will play a Eagles squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Elida (Elida, NM). The Eagles record now stands at 0-2.
