September 8, 2022: Harvard, IL 60033 The Oregon Hawks volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Harvard Hornets to 0 in the Hawks non-league victory on Thursday.
The Hawks now have a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rockford Christian for a Big Northern game on Thursday, September 15. Oregon will confront a Royal Lions team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Milton (Milton, WI). The Royal Lions record now stands at 10-5.
The Hornets (2-5) will now prepare for their game against Woodstock (Woodstock, IL). The Blue Streaks enter the Kishwaukee River game with a 6-4 record. In their last game, Woodstock dropped by Johnsburg (Johnsburg, IL), 2-0, in a league game.
