Walnut Grove Warriors (Walnut Grove, GA) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Mt. Zion Bulldogs (Jonesboro, GA), 2-0 in a league match.

Next up, the Warriors battle the Riverdale Raiders (Riverdale, GA) in a 4A Area 6 match, on Thursday, September 8. Walnut Grove will attempt to advance on its 8-16 season record. The Raiders come into the match with a 9-3 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Lovejoy (Lovejoy, GA).
