In Friday's league game, the Central Red Devils (Phenix City, AL) football team smashed the host Enterprise Wildcats (Enterprise, AL), by a final score of 48-7.

The Red Devils (3-0) will now prepare for their game against Opelika (Opelika, AL). The Bulldogs come into the 7A Region 2 game with a 2-1 record. In their last game, Opelika overwhelmed Percy Julian (Montgomery, AL), 44-8, in a league game.

The Wildcats now hold a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Smiths Station for a 7A Region 2 game on Friday, September 15. Enterprise will battle a Panthers team coming off a 43-9 league loss to Prattville (Prattville, AL). The Panthers record now stands at 0-3.
