The Perkins-Tryon Demons (Perkins, OK) football nudged the host Cushing Tigers (Cushing, OK), 21-14 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Demons face the Marlow Outlaws (Marlow, OK) in a non-league bout, on Friday, September 15. Perkins-Tryon will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Outlaws enter the bout with a 2-0 record after their 42-7 non-league win over Comanche (Comanche, OK).

The Tigers (1-1) will now prepare for their bout against Berryhill (Tulsa, OK). The Chiefs enter the non-league bout with a 1-1 record. In their last bout, Berryhill held off Cascia Hall (Tulsa, OK), 28-21, in a non-league bout.
