Veterans Memorial Patriots (San Antonio, TX) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host MacArthur Brahmas (San Antonio, TX), 46-24 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Veterans Memorial improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Patriots host Canyon Lake (Fischer, TX) to battle the in a non-league test on Friday, September 15. The come into the test with a record of 1-2. Canyon Lake lost 42-20 in their recent non-league test against Boerne-Champion (Boerne, TX)

With the loss, MacArthur drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Brahmas host Hays (Buda, TX) to battle the Hawks in a 5A-1 Region III District 12 test on Saturday, September 16. The Hawks come into the test with a record of 2-1. Hays won 35-14 in their recent non-league test against Cedar Creek (Cedar Creek, TX)
