September 8, 2023: Mediapolis, IA 52637 The Regina Regals (Iowa City, IA) football routed the host Mediapolis Bulldogs (Mediapolis, IA), 45-7 in Friday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Regals face the Durant Wildcats (Durant, IA) in a 1A District 5 bout, on Friday, September 15. Regina will attempt to advance on its 3-0 season record. The Wildcats enter the bout with a 0-3 record after their 17-10 non-league loss to Central Lee (Donnellson, IA).
The Bulldogs (1-2) will now prepare for their bout against Albia (Albia, IA). The Blue Demons enter the non-league bout with a 2-1 record. In their last bout, Albia was overwhelmed by Chariton (Chariton, IA), 17-10, in a non-league bout.
