New York High School Football - Mexico trounces Waterloo
September 8, 2023: Waterloo, NY 13165 In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Mexico Tigers football squad scored a big 44-8 victory over the Waterloo Tigers.
In their next game, the Tigers clash with the Oswego Bucs (Oswego, NY) in a Section 3 B - 2 match, on Friday, September 15. Mexico will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Bucs enter the match with a 0-2 record after their 44-6 non-league loss to Vernon-Verona-Sherrill (Verona, NY).
The Tigers (0-1) will now prepare for their match against Midlakes (Clifton Springs, NY). The Screaming Eagles enter the Section 5 Wayne-Finger Lakes match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Midlakes was crushed by Whitney Point (Whitney Point, NY), 42-8, in a non-league match.
