The Broncos (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Barbe (Lake Charles, LA). The Buccaneers come into the 5A District 3 challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Barbe was ripped by Carencro (Lafayette, LA), 60-14, in a league challenge.
The Yellowjackets now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host Acadiana for a 5A District 3 challenge on Friday, September 15. New Iberia will meet a Rams team coming off a 28-7 league win over Sulphur (Sulphur, LA). The Rams record now stands at 1-1.
