The Stone Bridge Bulldogs football team (Ashburn, VA), was tipped 43-39 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Woodgrove Wolverines (Purcellville, VA)

The Wolverines (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Heritage (Leesburg, VA). The Pride come into the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Heritage was tipped by Riverside (Leesburg, VA), 35-28, in a non-league challenge.

The Bulldogs now sport a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Quince Orchard for a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 14. Stone Bridge will meet a Cougars team coming off a 56-0 league win over Gaithersburg (Gaithersburg, MD). The Cougars record now stands at 2-0.
