September 8, 2023: Hazard, KY 41701 The Perry County Central Commodores (Hazard, KY) volleyball overcame the visiting Columbia Central Lions (Columbia, TN), 2-0 in Friday's non-league outing.
With the win, Perry County Central upgrades its record to 11-5 on the year. The Commodores host Breathitt County (Jackson, KY) to play the Bobcats in a non-league outing on Monday, September 11. The Bobcats go into the outing with a record of 7-4. Breathitt County lost 3-1 in their recent non-league outing against Wolfe County (Campton, KY)
The Lions now own a 7-6 record. They play next when they travel to Grace Christian Academy for a non-league outing on Friday, September 8. Columbia Central will play a Rams squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Concord Christian (Knoxville, TN). The Rams record now stands at 5-12.
