September 8, 2025: Monroe, MI 48162 Fans at Monday's non-league contest between the Huron Chiefs (New Boston, MI) and the host St. Mary Catholic Central Falcons/Kestrels (Monroe, MI), saw Huron's volleyball squad nudge St. Mary Catholic Central by a score of 2-1.
With the win, Huron improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Chiefs travel to Trenton (Trenton, MI) to encounter the Trojans in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 9. The Trojans go into the test with a record of 0-0.
The Falcons/Kestrels now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Riverview for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 10.
