New Jersey High School Soccer - Payne Tech Dover
September 8, 2025: Newark, NJ 07107 Fans at Monday's non-league battle between the Dover Tigers (Dover, NJ) and the host Payne Tech Lions (Newark, NJ), saw Dover's soccer squad knock off Payne Tech by a score of 3-0.
The Tigers (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against North Warren Regional (Blairstown, NJ). The Patriots come into the non-league test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, North Warren Regional edged Jefferson Township (Oak Ridge, NJ), 2-1, in a league test.
The Lions now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to East Orange Campus for a non-league test on Thursday, September 11.
