Illinois High School Soccer - Juarez toppled by Lane Tech
September 8, 2025: Chicago, IL 60618 Lane Tech Champions (Chicago, IL) supporters were content Monday as they observed their soccer squad prevail over the visiting Juarez Eagles (Chicago, IL), 4-0 in a league bout.
The Champions now hold a 6-0 record. They play next when they host Libertyville for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 9. Lane Tech will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 5-1 non-league loss to Berwyn/Cicero Morton (Cicero, IL). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-4.
With the loss, Juarez drops to 2-1 on the season. The Eagles host Whitney Young (Chicago, IL) to face the Dolphins in a Chicago Public Premier Northwest contest on Thursday, September 11. The Dolphins enter the contest with a record of 1-5. Whitney Young lost 3-1 in their recent league contest against Solorio (Chicago, IL)
