Oklahoma High School Softball - Wetumka New Lima
September 8, 2025: Wetumka, OK 74883 The crowd at Monday's league bout between the Wetumka Chieftains (Wetumka, OK) and the visiting New Lima Falcons (New Lima, OK), observed Wetumka's softball team get by New Lima by a tally of 6-3.
The Chieftains (10-4) will now prepare for their bout against Beggs (Beggs, OK). The Demons go into the non-league bout with a 8-5 record. In their last bout, Beggs was routed by Kiefer (Kiefer, OK), 10-0, in a league bout.
In their next game, the Falcons battle the Stonewall Longhorns (Stonewall, OK) in a Class A bout, on Tuesday, September 9. New Lima will attempt to advance on its 3-6 season record. The Longhorns go into the bout with a 4-7 record after their 7-2 non-league win over Konawa (Konawa, OK).
