Missouri High School Volleyball - Appleton City tips Green Ridge
September 8, 2025: Appleton City, MO 64724 Fans at Monday's league contest between the Appleton City Bulldogs (Appleton City, MO) and the visiting Green Ridge Tigers (Green Ridge, MO), observed Appleton City's volleyball team hold off Green Ridge by a count of 3-2.
The Bulldogs (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Crest Ridge (Centerview, MO). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Crest Ridge was edged by Adrian (Adrian, MO), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
The Tigers now own a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lafayette County for a non-league battle on Wednesday, September 10. Green Ridge will encounter a Huskers squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over St. Paul Lutheran (Concordia, MO). The Huskers record now stands at 3-0.
