St. Joseph Central Flyers (Ironton, OH) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Northwest Mohawks (McDermott, OH), 5-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Flyers confront the Chesapeake Panthers (Chesapeake, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 13. St. Joseph Central will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 0-5 record after their 5-1 non-league loss to Piketon (Piketon, OH).
