September 9, 2022: Hinton, IA 51024 Hinton Blackhawks (Hinton, IA) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Alta-Aurelia Warriors (Alta, IA), 40-28 in a league test.
With the triumph, Hinton improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Blackhawks host Gehlen Catholic (Le Mars, IA) to battle the Jays in a A District 1 test on Friday, September 16. The Jays come into the test with a record of 2-1. Gehlen Catholic won 35-0 in their recent non-league test against Lawton-Bronson (Lawton, IA)
With the loss, Alta-Aurelia drops to 2-1 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to South O'Brien (Paullina, IA) to battle the Wolverines in a A District 1 test on Friday, September 16. The Wolverines come into the test with a record of 1-2. South O'Brien lost 22-6 in their recent league test against Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn (Hartley, IA)
