The Central Bears (Brooksville, FL) football defeated the host Bronson Eagles (Bronson, FL), 25-0 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Bears face the Anclote Sharks (Holiday, FL) in a 2S District 11 bout, on Friday, September 16. Central will attempt to advance on its 2-1 season record. The Sharks enter the bout with a 1-1 record after their 29-16 non-league loss to Fivay (Hudson, FL).

The Eagles (0-3) will now prepare for their bout against Florida A&M (Tallahassee, FL). The Baby Rattlers enter the non-league bout with a 0-2 record. In their last bout, Florida A&M lost by Walton (DeFuniak Springs, FL), 49-14, in a non-league bout.
