North Carolina High School Football - Hough smashes Cox Mill

The Hough Huskies (Cornelius, NC) football routed the visiting Cox Mill Chargers (Concord, NC), 45-6 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Huskies face the North Mecklenburg Vikings (Huntersville, NC) in a 3A/4A West Conference 60 bout, on Friday, September 16. Hough will attempt to advance on its 2-1 season record. The Vikings enter the bout with a 3-1 record after their 28-24 non-league win over Berry (Charlotte, NC).

The Chargers (3-1) will now prepare for their bout against Mooresville (Mooresville, NC). The Blue Devils enter the 4A West Conference 57 bout with a 2-1 record. In their last bout, Mooresville walloped West Rowan (Mt. Ulla, NC), 35-14, in a non-league bout.
