The Hinsdale Central Red Devils football team (Hinsdale, IL), was tipped 10-7 in Friday's league challenge with the host Lyons Lions (LaGrange, IL)

The Lions (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Oak Park-River Forest (Oak Park, IL). The Huskies come into the West Suburban - Silver challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Oak Park-River Forest was tipped by Glenbard West (Glen Ellyn, IL), 35-14, in a league challenge.

The Red Devils now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Hinsdale South for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 16. Hinsdale Central will meet a Hornets team coming off a 42-14 league win over Leyden (Franklin Park, IL). The Hornets record now stands at 1-2.
