Washington High School Volleyball - North Creek over Mt. Rainier
September 9, 2022: Bothell, WA The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the North Creek Jaguars (Bothell, WA) and the visiting Mt. Rainier Rams (Des Moines, WA), saw North Creek's volleyball squad beat Mt. Rainier by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, North Creek upgrades its record to 2-0 on the year. The Jaguars travel to Inglemoor (Kenmore, WA) to play the Vikings in a 4A KingCo bout on Monday, September 12. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Inglemoor won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Juanita (Kirkland, WA)
The Rams now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Beamer for a non-league bout on Monday, September 19.
Match Summary
We lost to a tough and talented North Creek Jaguar team that had lots of weapons at the pins. We had a tough time contending with the Jaguar quick offense and played on our heels for most of the match. We made a valiant comeback in the 3rd set by picking up our game but fell short in the end. This was a great test for our team and we're looking forward to bouncing back from the loss!
