September 9, 2023: Palo Cedro, CA 96073 The Sutter Huskies volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Foothill Cougars to 1 in the Huskies non-league victory on Saturday.
The Huskies now have a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Orland for a non-league game on Saturday, September 9. Sutter will meet a Trojans team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over River Valley (Yuba City, CA). The Trojans record now stands at 8-3.
The Cougars (9-3) will now prepare for their game against University Prep (Redding, CA). The Panthers enter the non-league game with a 5-3 record. In their last game, University Prep was nudged by Foothill (Palo Cedro, CA), 2-1, in a non-league game.
