Pennsylvania High School Soccer - Deer Lakes can't get by North Hills
September 9, 2023: Pittsburgh, PA 15229 In Saturday's non-league battle, the host North Hills Indians soccer squad scored a close 5-4 win over the Deer Lakes Lancers.
The Indians (2-4) will now prepare for their battle against Seneca Valley (Harmony, PA). The Raiders go into the WPIAL AAAA 1 battle with a 7-0 record. In their last battle, Seneca Valley nipped Pine-Richland (Gibsonia, PA), 1-0, in a league battle.
The Lancers (6-1) will now prepare for their battle against Leechburg (Leechburg, PA). The Blue Devils go into the WPIAL AA 2 battle with a 0-3 record. In their last battle, Leechburg was nudged by Freeport (Freeport, PA), 14-0, in a league battle.
