September 9, 2023: Gloucester, MA 01930 In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Gloucester Fishermen soccer squad scored a close 3-2 win over the Wakefield Memorial Warriors.
The Fishermen (4-0) will now prepare for their battle against Danvers (Danvers, MA). The Falcons go into the Northeast battle with a 1-3 record. In their last battle, Danvers was nudged by Masconomet Regional (Boxford, MA), 2-1, in a league battle.
The Warriors (0-1) will now prepare for their battle against Arlington (Arlington, MA). The Spy Ponders go into the Middlesex battle with a 0-1 record.
