September 9, 2023: Bowling Green, KY 42101 The Trinity Shamrocks soccer team scored 4 points and limited the host South Warren Spartans to 1 in the Shamrocks non-league victory on Saturday.
Next, the Shamrocks face the Highlands Latin Highlanders (Louisville, KY) in a District 27 contest, on Tuesday, September 12. Trinity will attempt to better on its 10-2 season record. The Highlanders enter the contest with a 10-1 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Brown (Louisville, KY).
The Spartans now have a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Greenwood for a District 14 challenge on Tuesday, September 12. South Warren will confront a Gators team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Pulaski County (Somerset, KY). The Gators record now stands at 6-5.
