September 9, 2023: Tallapoosa, GA 30176 The Haralson County Rebels softball team (Tallapoosa, GA), was routed 8-0 in Saturday's non-league bout with the visiting Gordon Lee Trojans (Chickamauga, GA)
The Trojans (12-1) will now prepare for their bout against Adairsville (Adairsville, GA). The Tigers go into the 3A Region 6 bout with a 2-10 record. In their last bout, Adairsville was routed by Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe (Fort Oglethorpe, GA), 9-1, in a league bout.
The Rebels now possess a 6-6 record. They play next when they travel to North Murray for a 2A Region 7 bout on Tuesday, September 12. Haralson County will confront a Mountaineers squad coming off a 14-1 non-league loss to Coahulla Creek (Dalton, GA). The Mountaineers record now stands at 5-6.
