September 9, 2023: Avoca, IA AHSTW Vikings (Avoca, IA) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Denison-Schleswig Monarchs (Denison, IA), 2-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Vikings clash with the Logan-Magnolia Panthers (Logan, IA) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, September 12. AHSTW will attempt to advance on its 5-9 season record. The Panthers come into the match with a 2-9 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Missouri Valley (Missouri Valley, IA).
With the loss, Denison-Schleswig drops to 0-17 on the campaign. The Monarchs travel to Griswold (Griswold, IA) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league match on Saturday, September 9. The Tigers come into the match with a record of 11-3. Griswold won 2-0 in their recent non-league match against CAM (Anita, IA)
